2/2 Some of the things I did was silenced my work phone. I can see when people call. My computer and my phone flash. I don’t need another sensory stimulation to send me over the edge.
I asked people to leave detailed messages and come by during set hours. This helped me reduce unnecessary interruptions. People with ADHD can struggle with task switching. 🙋🏻♀️ I was losing so much time.
Set boundaries! No one else will do it for you. Take care of yourself. WorkplaceCulture
