I think Sami was more than just comedic relief during his run with the Bloodline, he made Roman more nuanced as a character. He didn't have to be one note, he could chuckle at something that was legitimately funny without losing his edge or heat. Stuff like this and his reaction to the "Ucey" bit made Roman just that much better.
