I'm a casual Linkin Park listener at best, but finding myself experiencing a great deal of sympathy for new vocalist Emily Armstrong today. The torches and pitchforks are out in force, it seems, and so many people don't seem to be prepared to give her the benefit of the doubt.

8 分鐘內	Dave Cooper davethehippy	A few things: - She has already made a statement distancing herself from Danny Masterson following his rape conviction. - "But she was following his Instagram until today!" So what? I don't only follow the social media accounts of people I agree with 100% of the time. Plus if there was history there, she may have followed his account out of a desire to protect herself. Or maybe she doesn't pay much attention to what shows up in her feed. There could be dozens of reasons why that was the case.
一小時內	adhd_guitarist	People are so quick to hate on things and try and find a reason to cancel people. The livestream brought up a lot of emotions for me and I wasn’t expecting that. But I’m guessing LP considered all of that. And I think she knows she’s going to get a lot of hate and I hope she doesn’t care. I’m here for it.
