If you use your normal oven a lot for small items the misnamed 'air fryer' - which is just a small fan oven - may save you money. I suspect many so called air fryers will end up on the bric-a-brac stall at the parish coffee morning.

get. very handy bit of kit imo. 20% less heat, 20% less time is my mantra! and remember, its just a tiny oven, and don't put plastic in it. ( silicone is fine)

I would say no. They're finding that toxins are being introduced to your food by way of the materials used in fabrication of these units. Already tonnes of these toxins in most of our food anyway. No need to add more...

Yes, I have the ninja dual, use it every day, even today I made a fake away Donner kebab. Why heat up a whole oven, if it's quicker and cheaper. I do everything in it, whole meals from a roast to pasta.

I would get one. Quick and efficient, easy to clean. If you have a smaller kitchen without a lot counter space then it might be a problem as some can run quite large.
