Took an Amtrak train back from NYC to DC this week and it didn’t get in until 3 am 😵‍💫 over 4 hours delayed. Here’s what I’m doing: 1. Contacting customer service for a refund (although I’ve heard they only give points…) 2. Reaching out to my cc company to see if I can take advantage of the trip insurance (was booked with venture x but I’m not sure they cover Amtrak delays). Wish me luck 😭
