One reason why I’m so passionate about energyhealing , Reiki, Tantra..etc as a woman of color is because I know our ancestors have experienced trauma on levels that we can not even fathom. Things that will never be spoken of. So imagine, the horrors that we KNOW… there were things that happened that were even worse that families did not talk about because it was so painful. 👇🏾
