Do you find people prefer framed prints to unframed? I’m doing my first art fair in 2 weeks🙀

Do you like doing outdoor events any more or less than indoor ones? I’ve always avoided outdoor, but looking into do them more this year.

What do you recommend in terms of tent brand & keeping it from getting knocked over by wind? Someone gave me a bunch of metal grids I can attach to poles & to each other with zip ties to hang some stuff off. I need a table, some boxes to go on table for display, & a bunch of collapsible sculpture plinths, but while I’ve seen people with those, I can’t find any online to buy. I need to do some lighting behind glass & translucent porcelain to really show them off.

How much difference does a good display setup make? I feel like I don't do it often enough to learn about how to display better. What are some good pro tips for displaying work well?

How do you engage people who come into your tent? Do you offer two-fers? Do you ship if they ask?
