I have a question for the single parents out there My son used to live with his mom until January 1st 2024 when she sent him to come live with me full time instead But she refuses to get a job and pay child support I’ve applied for a child support order But there’s limits to what they can do to her However I looked up the possible sanctions in her state, North Carolina, I’m in Utah Should I take her to court in NC too For non payment Our son is 17 SingleParenting
