why do some dog owners have their dogs off the leash especially those bigger breeds... my little cairn terrier is old and he mostly tolerates female dogs but hes 14 soon and kinda also grumpy old dude.. today came across a guy who had 2 dogs off the leash one golden retriever and other one was i think husyk/golden mix and he was trying to explain to me that the dog is not the issue but me having the dog on the leash? wtf?
