Stop everything. Take a deep breath. Go for holiday/me-time. Take out everything that caused you depressed. And come back stronger 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Take your troubles and challenges in bite sizes so they won’t overwhelmed you - work on nurturing friendship for a start. They will be your source of support. Try to find joy in simple things - weekend morning walks, a smile to a stranger, a kind comment to strangers online … what you give out into the world will comeback to you tenfolds. Wishing you all the best.

Yes. Seek professional help. Meanwhile, physically I exercise. I always maintain a bit of social appearances; so im not too withdrawn - by going to the mosque. Routine helps sometimes. And, when it gets too bad. I change life strategies; as in work, what i do, where i am etc. Hope it helps.

start exercise. 1km walk, then 2km walk, then 1km run, then 2km run. progress slowly each week/ 2 week. only take 30 mins. or play badminton you'll battle with your mind to go further each time. get a strong body and it will get easier to think of plans. also, find ways to get passive income. it's your own income increment to build. do simple business like i do.

I’ve been drinking happy juice for 4 months now and have been able to get away from my meds! It’s a life changer
