I share my personal calendar with my workspace calendar. My family and friends schedule getting together, and kids bdays on my personal. Almost everything else I do on my workspace calendar, but since it’s shared, I can toggle my personal calendar off and on to see when things overlap. I don’t have a system or way of preventing double booking per se, I just direct people to the email that fits our relationship. That works pretty well for me. So basically, I just maintain two calendars lol
