Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like this only works if you like the guy. If an ugly guy was like this towards anyone I know, I'd feel pity at best. At worst, I'd fear for their safety. Girls are just on average prettier, and it's more socially acceptable for women to be flirty with eachother anyway.
