Todays workout: 🏋️♂️
Pyramid sets 8 reps 50-70 lbs bicep curls
Pyramid sets 8 reps 50-80 lbs tricep extension
Back ext 10 reps 55- 70lbs
60 assisted pull ups and 60 assisted dips -100lbs
45 reps bench press 60 lbs
25 reps bench press 50 lbs
15 reps sumo squats 15 lbs
Leg Extensions 70lbs 3 sets of 10
Rear Deltoid /Row 30-45 lbs 50 reps sets of 8-10
Took me like 3 hours to finish
