Men, you see a woman in a parking lot with the hood to her car up and it seems that she can’t get her car to start. Are you offering any help?

I’m not a guy but anytime I see a hood up, man or woman, I always ask if they need a jump. That’s all I can offer but lots of times that’s all that is needed.

Very situation dependent. It is probably scary to be stranded like that, but then it also could be scary to have randos talking to you. If I'm already walking by I'll offer help from a distance, but if there's another person there or she's on the phone maybe not

I can offer use of jumper cables or to call someone. After that, I have no knowledge of cars.

No, I wouldn’t know anything better than this woman. No point wasting her time and give someone else the false impression that she already has help.

yell if she needs a jump, if not i keep it pushing. i'll move heaven and earth for people in mortal danger but im not making someone elses non-emergency problem mine for longer than the 2 minutes it takes to jump a car

As a woman, please don’t. I have a cellphone. I’ve already called roadside. Unless I ask for help, I’m good.
