Real estate is so bonkers right now. A house in my community is being marketed as having "public transit" as an amenity. We get one bus ONCE A WEEK. It literally comes at one time each week to take you to the urban and suburban areas, like a shuttle, but if you miss the return time, you're out of luck. That's not public transit as an amenity and real estate salespeople need to be more honest about this stuff.
