Managed to extend the last portion of my sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry by mashing it and putting it into samosas (oven baked, with deli olive dressings and sausage fat in the pastry); perfect picking for the weekend
Main was nishakatona ‘s green bean and cumin red dal chawal, all washed down with a lovely Sancerre 🫶🏻
Simple veggie food (well almost) and forgot how good a dal is 👌🏻
