I like to look at other companies & see what I could do better. Since I’m a new business, there’s always something I can improve on. I have learned a lot on this journey but never saw this in my life lol. I was researching brands in my field (like I always do b/c I’m always learning 🤗) & I happen upon their company mind you it had been a few years since I checked them out so yeah was looking for nothing in particular but I was shocked when I saw “does not grow new hair or retain hair” Thoughts?
