What’s the idea behind that working out regularly will build not just a good physique but and a strong character that most life coaches influencers keep promoting. Can someone explain how does it affect or it’s just words that they keep repeating.

It's no BS. It's a mostly positive habit, and just like any other positive habit, it will for sure improve a ton of things in your life. Like, really. Hard to explain until you do it and feel the emotions, because this here are potentially just empty words.

I see it this way: Reaching a fitness goal whether it’s a sculpted physique or shedding some pounds, it takes work, consistency and a lot of patience. You can’t buy, bribe or cheat your way towards that goal. These traits can transfer over to a persons career goal or other areas of life.
