If you look for red flags, you will find reasons to reject. Instead, look for green flags. Get curious. Real red flags will show up themselves by making you feel deeply uncomfortable. If you see one, dig deeper. Circumstances, context matter. Raise your standards, but get really good at seeking to understand. Because that’s how we discriminate in an unconscious way.
