Shop for insurance, you'll have to do the math on when to put liability. With a low mileage 2018, it still might be worth it to have full coverage but maybe lower the amounts (thats fully dependent on location and cost of vehicle etc). Usaa does not reward loyalty. I left them years ago bc their rates were so high.
