Also do your stretches regularly! I just turned 30 this year and have spent most of life either in college doing homework at a computer or at a desk for work. I did a 15 minute beginner yoga session on FitBit a few weeks ago and I was SEVERELY sore for three days after and couldn’t do half the stretches. Start young if you can but if you can’t, the second best time is NOW.
