The absolute rage I feel at @ups and their horrible bot phone system. First the driver lied about attempting delivery (I’m home and my phone was on and next to me the time they “attempted”) but I spent five minutes just trying to get to a representative before being told to call back again on Monday. This is one area that technology absolutely misses. I don’t want to scream at a bot for ten minutes to talk politely to a person. By that point you’ve ruined the entire customer experience.
