There’s a line between sharing because you need to get it off your chest vs sharing because it’ll benefit your audience. I find the former to be uncomfortable to watch.

I need relatability, for sure. But it Depends on the energy they are coming from and what they teach.

Business ebbs and flows and I am always transparent about the good and low months financially. I think if someone is just complaining then it would deter me but if they are sharing from a place of giving and as a bit of a "teaching" moment or a "hey, I'm with you" then I absolutely wouldn't think twice about it.
