Also, when people get good service from someone they can call and leave a compliment. My husband & I do this & it’s really fun to ask for the boss, & after a delay probably brought on by dread, they answer and are so surprised & delighted to get a compliment on an employee instead of a complaint. It feels good and can make someone’s day!
