I'm late in seeing this news, but it's very concerning to see the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Chevron already wreaking havoc on the ability of federal agencies to do their job. I was really crossing my fingers that this non-compete ban would make it through, but that was wishful thinking. Can we call it ChevRoevember now?
