The review for today is “The Fifth Head of Cerberus” by Gene Wolfe, one of my favorite authors. This is a longer story than the others I’ve reviewed. It probably qualifies as a novella rather than a short story. It revolves around an unnamed narrator on a planet called Sainte Croix who is experimented on by his father and taught to run the family business (his father runs a brothel.) To say much more is to give the story away. 1/4
