Dinner at Vadi Kitchen in St Ives, Cambridgeshire: Our main courses came with a fresh salad of carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, pomegranate, lettuce, cabbage and lemon (in a separate bowl to share), roasted tomato and chilli pepper, and two kinds of rice.
🐑 Adana Kofte: minced lamb (with parsley and red chilli pepper flakes) served on flatbread and some sliced red onions
🐓 Chicken Shish: marinated cubes of chicken
🔥 The meats were grilled on charcoal - so flavourful!
