Trying raw milk today! As someone who's sensitive to dairy, I'm curious to see if there are any differences! Has anyone else made the switch and noticed anything?

Drinking raw milk can pose serious health risks due to harmful bacteria like Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria, which can cause severe foodborne illnesses. In Australia, the sale of raw milk for human consumption is illegal due to these risks.

Sensitivity is the casein normally. Try A2 and if nothing you know it's the A1 casein in American milk. Goat cheese is A2 if you want to test that way.

Went to a fancy & expensive market to get raw milk years ago. Got dysentery. Vomited for hours and pooped my pants. Never again 😂

I'm curious. If you are sensitive to dairy, why would you have milk with extra microbes?

I switched to soya milk in 1986. After Chernobyl, all the milk in Scotland was radioactive so it was a good time to change. I make my own oat milk now. Really cheap and no added hormones or chemicals.
