My kids have never. I’m not sure when I’ll feel comfortable with the idea honestly. And even then, it’ll only be close family. I can’t bring myself to trust people.

Sleep at someone's house..never

Grandparents only and about two or three times a year.

My kids only sleepover 2 places, my sisters house and my mother in laws house. They go on overnights with their grandma a lot, especially in the summer. During school year they will swap doing them every couple weekends.

Maybe once a month so we can have a date day. We just had our first adult only trip for our 10 year anniversary this year. It was fabulous.

Rarely

Probably once a month, my son will sleep at a friend's house, or his friend will sleep here. It's usually a last-minute decision. They're having too much fun and want to stay overnight.

My girls have never stayed overnight at anyone else’s house - my mom being the only exception. They used to spend a night or two every two months but we’ve cut that down to maybe three times a year. My dad isn’t very kind to them - he’s a very “be seen and not heard” person but my kids are kids because I’ve allowed them to BE kids. They are well behaved, polite - respectful, all the things but they are kids that like to be loud and have fun. So currently, the answer to your question is, “No!”
