Mental health tip:
Be "bigger than your trigger". If someone intentionally triggers you, especially if they know this, take a deep breath, smile, and walk away. Show them they don't get to live rent free in your head, that you are the one in control. You may not be able to control being triggered, but you can control how you react. Mean people don't deserve a response or to be able to lower your state of well-being.
