Romans 8:1 states that as we are in Christ, we are no longer under condemnation nor under God's wrath because the blood of Christ clenses us of all unrighteousness when we put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ for our salvation. However, in John 3:18, Jesus very clearly tells us that if we reject Christ, we stand condemned and under God's righteous judgement and wrath because we have not believed in God's one and only son. All who do believe are saved and are justified.
