It can be both good. Coming from a former ramen shop owner. I made people from my town a fan of ramen and several towns over. They flocked my shop relentlessly until the pandemic. /1

Big difference. A-grade Ramen at home is a very serious challenge even for so-called MasterChef nerds. But pasta these days is easily mastered by 10 year olds with attention deficit disorder.
