I have been there..what i did is i keep off socmed, work on building a better me, diam2 bg masa 3 bulan…hari2 journaling, catat progress, read books, talk to good positive friends..u will be fine after 3 months..kdg2 bila tgk socmed ni dia buat kita lg down klau xkena cara..u can do this sis..hugs🫰🏼🫰🏼
