Hi there! This has been my observation lately, since I have started my IG business, my eyes are always dry and my screen time has increased to 8+ hours! And this is apart from my 9-5 laptop job! I’m always glued to my phone! Don’t get me wrong, I mean I LOVE IG and am thankful for the support and engagement that comes through, but how do you guys manage the time 🕰️ and schedule things? Is there anyone with similar case? Or is it just me!?
