Sounds familiar. I was with someone who was convinced they were clairvoyant, an empath, genetically superior, hot and a genius. She was among the most shallow, selfish, defensive, arrogant, condescending and inconsiderate people I've ever known. Also, the highly filtered photos she posted of herself didn't resemble what she actually looks like although she behaved as though they were authentic. I loved her through her flaws but when they became aimed at me it was impossible to continue.
