I grew up with a father who loved to cook and I remember eating escargot, French onion soup, artichokes, paella, perogies, borscht, bannock and all kinds of other fun things from a very young age. I and both my brothers love to cook and create amazing and delicious meals for no other reason than we want to. Always have, always will. We were middle class growing up in Canada, but my father (and mother) could still make amazing meals out of nothing. Influence matters.
