This is wrong. Rent of houses in Bangalore and Hyderabad are on peak nowadays. When you are living with friends, it doesn’t matter since the rent is split across three or four. Once you start living with family, you then think of buying a flat since by putting some 10-20k extra you are able to afford the EMI for the same.
