When she's near, I'm suddenly aware of of everything around me. I'm suddenly barely breathing, and my eyes flutter over to her. But I don't want to stare, so I steal glances through my peripheral. I pretend to focus on the book I've brought with me, but the words flee the page and I can't comprehend a single thing being said.

I try so hard to listen to her, and really listen, not just hear her voice. That voice of an angel. I could listen to her speak all day, and just stare into her eyes. Sparkling gems of a brilliant blue. Oh how I wish I could get lost in those beautiful pools and drink in her image until my last breath. She has no idea how much power she has over me.
