Learn some basic grammar, then read some early children's books, watch some french cartoons, listen to French radio, TV, youtube channels, even if you don't understand. You need to speak, so join an online group conversation class. Mirror thoughts and actions in French. Count things a 2nd time in French. Translate your own writing as much as possible.
