Heyyy yall so today makes 1 official week since I started back my weight loss journey. I said ever week I would give an update so here is the update. So, this week I worked out 5 days and rested 2 of those days, meal prepped, and rested. I started at 247 and today weight check in at 240! So just with a week and consistency and cutting out a lot! I am down 7 pounds! And for proof look at the dates! I’m more energetic, I don’t feel groggy waking up, and I just feel better!
