HOT TAKE!! If a spoiler ruins a movie for you to the extent that you don't like the movie, it either wasn't a good movie in the first place, or you value the wrong things about a movie. Screenwriting

I completely agree with this. In most cases, spoilers make me enjoy a movie more, not less. I want to see what happens myself, meet the characters, sometimes work the puzzle out myself using the “spoiler”. EDIT: To me, watching a movie after spoilers is the same as watching a movie after reading the book. You typically already know how it ends plus all the characters. Doesn’t take anything away from the experience.
