Can't recommend EE for broadband. I've had a nightmare with them since I moved over from BT. Taken 8 attempts to upgrade my package, and maybe at the end of the saga. Had to cancel and recreat my account (hopefully this works). Might be fine as brand new customer, and can't fault the mobile side of the business.

I'm fed up with phoning them every year and them promising that my bill will be lowered to have it creep up again to over £100. Have already changed my Internet to EE and when my contract ends will tell sky to shove it and will move tv to EE.Been with sky over 20 years and must have paid enough for a deposit on a house to them.

Negotiate hard with them

Just cancel, don‘t accept any offer from cancellations. Wait until 1-2 weeks before cutoff, you should get a great offer

I’ve moved to Apple TV. Totally different to Sky but I enjoy it
