My doctor actually went through the MRI report line by line with me and showed me the corresponding images. I believe her when she says it's a lot better than it could be. She also said that my vertabrae and spinal cord looked healthy (kidneys too, a positive incidental finding). Per the imaging, my back is strong until the lumbar region. She sent me on my way for PT and told me to keep in touch via email.
