I love my life. After my divorce early this year, my life gets better and better. Fitter, leaner and stronger. More time to focus on me, fitness, hobbies, friends and family. Seem to have dodged perimenopause and menopause unscathed (of which I’m eternally grateful). I’m open to new things and places and can’t wait to see what the future brings x

57, forced into retirement due to a cancer diagnosis, living my best retirement life experimenting with things I’ve always wanted to do but never made time for. I’m fascinated by the stories of women who have reinvented themselves in midlife.
