i was walking back home from getting some food and i found this cat suck on top of a window ledge of a two story building. i tried to knock on the door of the place but no one seemed to be home. i then tried calling the fire department and they said they will not come get the cat down. i’m currently in philadelphia and i have never heard of emergency services saying no to helping people or animals. aren’t firefighters supposed to help cats get down from high places? i’m deeply upset right now…
