May I share something? I watched every episode on original broadcast. Other than President Bartlet, Toby was my favorite character. Now, 25 years later, I really don’t like him much. I much prefer Josh and others. It makes me wonder how I’ve changed over the decades. What do you folks think about Toby? The West Wing
