There's a lesbian group of bigots called Get the L Out who want nothing to do with anyone GBTQIA+, basically anyone who might have any interactions with men. Then another group of bigots the LGB Alliance who hate Trans people. They had the ear of the Tory government and HRC. The rights and acceptance gained by any one segment of and by all who are LGBTQIA+ has been won by those who are LGBTQIA+ and by Allies not by one segment alone 🌈 🏳️‍🌈

it’s people who think they’re inherently better than the rest of the community for not actually caring about it. “i’m gay but i hate every other gay person and i only accept other gay people who act/think/look like me!” they want to exclude trans people, neopronoun users, bi+ people, feminine gay men…basically anyone who isn’t gay and homophobic like they are

Well that's just how it works. The LGBTQIA+ community is a strict mentality and way of thinking, if you don't share their beliefs you aren't part of the community. I'm bisexual, I'm not "lgbt"
