ARTISTS | Notes on Self-Sabotage I think sometimes self-sabotage is a strong loaded word. I think what stops artists from marketing is they don't build the best habits. We can switch one habit for another that will suit our goals, it's that quick. But if we say to ourselves "I'm self-sabotaging all of the time" and "why do I do this" and "no one cares if I post" and not having big scalable, measurable, concrete goals. The pattern continues, that becomes self-sabotage by compound interest.
