I’m all for supporting local PH brands but c’mon maybe have more tones for the darker Filipina skin tones? Unless they’re saying lighter to medium skin tones lang demographic nila.

Some local brands are expanding their shade ranges (vice co, BLK, happy skin, ever group). But there is also local colorism to fight against: Some customersreally do pick lighter shades so they look "maputi". You can also see this with sales people for my brands. They don't pick the correct shades (even if available) for themselves. And I've noticed a weird trend among youth MU influencer s(local and intl) they don't match shades with their necks. Modern Kabuki? Or Kabuki inspired?
