Before my hubs left for the first of 2 TDYs this month, he did the laundry, helped me meal plan the week, listened to me talk through writing out the month’s calendar twice (once for kitchen calendar, then my planner), took the kids to play with cousins, grocery shopped— oh and packed his bags / checked into his flight. He knew how to support me to help us have our best week possible because he’s a present partner and dad. My best friend is the best friend. 🩷
